● Proof approval is required for orders with 3-letter monograms.
● Proofs are not sent for single initial monograms, unless requested.
● We reserved the right to process the order with the info provided, or cancel at our discretion.
● Orders may not be cancelled after proof approval because many times they are already in production.
● Fabric & thread colors will vary from the color chart, and the digital proof images, due to device settings, editing & lighting, etc.
● Please request a complimentary swatch if you need to match colors at home.
● Returns are not accepted due to colors not matching.

● Covers are INTENTIONALLY MADE SMALLER than the intended insert to insure the proper fit.
● Our covers are made to fit standard 12x16 inch pillow inserts, unless otherwise stated or requested.
● Pillow inserts are NOT INCLUDED but are available at retail craft/fabric stores as well as some big box stores and large online retailers.
● Monogramming is done on professional embroidery machines.
● Wreath Sashes are individually handmade after monogramming/embroidery is completed so that the back is finished.
● Pillow covers are individually handmade with an overlapping envelope closure on the back. Interior seams are serger-finished.
● Cocktail napkins & luggage tags are professionally pre-made blanks which are individually monogrammed in the SG studio.
● The Sew Gracious studio is clean & smoke-free.
● Identical items that are purchased at different times may have color variations. Fabric lots can vary in color. Threads used for particular embroidered designs may change, or vary from the pictures, depending on the design. Font sizes may vary; we do not keep a record of single-letter monograms.
● If you want a 2nd or multiple items, please order them at the same time to insure color continuity.
