Proofs

Digital Proofs are emailed for every order with a 3-letter monogram.
Proofs are not sent for single initial monograms unless requested.
Proofs MUST be approved before work can begin on the order. Please respond to the proof email quickly to avoid unnecessary delays in fulfilling your order.
Colors in the digital proofs will vary from the actual threads and fabrics due to device settings, editing, lighting, etc.
Complimentary swatches are available upon request if you are trying to coordinate colors with existing decor.
Add sewgracious@gmail.com to your safe sender list to be sure your proof does not fall into the junk folder.
Orders with no proof approval are subject to cancellation, or completion with the information provided by the customer, at our discretion.
