Shipping . Returns
- Due to the custom nature of personalized items, all sales are final.
- All orders are shipped via USPS by Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) or Priority Mail, at our discretion, depending on the weight & value of the order.
- Buyers have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail shipping on every order. Without upgrading, orders will ship via Ground Advantage.
- If your order is time-sensitive, please consider opting for the Priority Mail upgrade during checkout. Ground Advantage can be very slow with unreliable tracking.
- Shipping only to US addresses.
- Expedited shipping (Priority Mail Express) & Rush Orders are subject to additional fees.
- Tracking numbers are emailed directly to the customer by Pirate Ship, our shipping software.
- Sew Gracious is not responsible for orders that are lost or mishandled by the US Postal Service. As a small business, orders that are lost or mishandled in shipping cannot be replaced for free.
- Most orders require up to 5-7 business days for processing. Processing times will vary depending on the number of orders in house at any given time, and will be longer during busy seasons.
- USPS Shipping times can take from 2 to 7 business days depending on the shipping class and destination.
- Please be sure your shipping address is correct. Buyers are responsible for postage to re-ship orders that may be returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. Email sewgracious@gmail.com right away if you have a customer service question, so that we can evaluate the issue.
