All orders are shipped via USPS by Ground Advantage (formerly First Class) or Priority Mail, at our discretion, depending on the weight & value of the order.
Buyers have the option to upgrade to Priority Mail shipping on every order. Without upgrading, most orders will ship via Ground Advantage.
If your order is time-sensitive, please consider opting for the Priority Mail upgrade during checkout. Ground Advantage can be very slow with unreliable tracking.

Sew Gracious is not responsible for orders that are lost or mishandled by the US Postal Service. As a small business, orders that are lost or mishandled in shipping cannot be replaced for free.
Most orders require up to 5-7 business days for processing. Processing times will vary depending on the number of orders in house at any given time, and will be longer during busy seasons.
USPS Shipping times can take from 2 to 7 business days depending on the shipping class and destination.
Please be sure your shipping address is correct. Buyers are responsible for postage to re-ship orders that may be returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address.
Due to the custom nature of personalized items, all sales are final.
